At Locks4Life, where a custom hairdo awaits you, our Sisterlocks™package includes 3 visits, a consultation,locking session and a follow-up visit within 3 weeks of the locking session. After 3 weeks the session is considered "Retightening". You also receive a customer start-up kit that includes washing bands or barrettes, starter shampoo and a tip sheet.

If you want a full retightening at your follow-up session, add $125 to the prices quoted.

Consultations for Sisterlocks™ Package
Consultations are free and are done privately or while services are being provided on a client. They include a short video, review of photos as well as a Sisterlocks™ produced portfolio. We will answer all of your questions and put in some test locks. We will only schedule an appointment for you after we feel that you are sure about your decision to get Sisterlocks™.

Consultations for Transfer Clients & Troubleshooting
Any services for transfer clients should have a consultation before scheduling a 1st time appointments as you may qualify for the special base pricing the Lifer’s Club Members enjoy. Because of the high standards at Locks4Life, we may have to spend more time than would usually be needed to re-tighten your hair the first couple of times. This is also true when you have special concerns regarding your locks. Special concerns can include locks that are too big, too small, bunching and slippage.

Appointments
Our dedication to the Sisterlocks™ process it is the main service we offer. It is because of this we try to offer a peaceful and serene environment; therefore we are unable to accommodate any children in the salon that are not receiving a service. Your services will have to be rescheduled if you don’t have a child care plan. Appointments include locking sessions, follow-up, re-tightening and grooming (only done if we think it is necessary). Please call if you are going to be late as your appointment may have to be rescheduled.

Before your locking session. Wash your hair. Let relaxed ends air dry. Cool blow dry natural ends. Braid in large plaits (sections). No oil or conditioner.

At your locking session. Dress comfortably. You may want to have a blanket or throw if you get cold. Bring something to do. There are magazines and books as I am building a small library. Donations are welcome. Internet web surfing is available as well as television & radio. You can bring something to eat or we will order out. Relax and enjoy. Locking sessions are not stressful.

Referral Bonus
Locks4Life Thanks You for your referrals in advance. Extra business cards are always available. Write your name on the back when you refer someone so that you can get credit.
$20.00 off Retightening if someone you refer gets any Sisterlocks™ Package;
$ 5.00 off any other services

Payments
Cash, credit or check payment totaling at least a 1/4 of the Sisterlocks™ Package fee or no less than $125.00 is due at time that the locking session is scheduled to hold appointment time and is not refundable. Cash (or credit card) payment is due when services are started.
Checks are accepted for deposits only & are never accepted as final payment for locking sessions.
Returned check fee is $32.00. Checks are not accepted for any retightening services.

Cancellation/Rescheduling of Appointments
Any previously rescheduled or cancelled appointments will be charged $25 if cancelled within 36 hours (3 days). Cancelled & rescheduled appointments are not eligible for referral bonuses until after the next completed retightening appointment or locking session is completed.

Payment Plan
Payment plans for locking sessions are as follows. 1/4 payment due at or after consultation, 1/4 the following month, 1/4 to schedule appointment (next month or after) and 1/4 at the locking session. Payments can be broken down further if necessary. Final payment is due at the locking session.
