At Locks4Life, where a custom hairdo awaits you, our Sisterlocks™ package includes 3 visits, a consultation, locking session and a follow-up visit.

What’s included:

Consultation (We talk as much and as many times as you need to in order to make the best decision for you)
Locking Session (Includes a start-up kit w/rubber bands or barrettes, shampoo & two pages of directions)
Follow Up (You must bundle and wash @ least twice before the follow up appointment)

Payments

Cash or check payment $125.00 is due at time that the locking session is scheduled to hold appointment time & is not refundable. Please note that services can be pre-paid in full anytime prior to your appointment.
Cash payment is due when services are started.
Checks are accepted for deposits only & are never accepted as final payment for locking sessions or retightening services. Returned check fee is $40.00.
Payment plans are accepted for locking sessions. A $125 deposit is due to hold the date and final payment must be made before locking session. Final payment is due at the locking session.
Quoted prices are good for 30 days.

Consultations for Sisterlocks™ Package

Consultations are free and are done privately or while services are being provided on a client. They include a short video, review of photos as well as a Sisterlocks™ produced portfolio. We will answer all of your questions and put in some test locks. We will only schedule an appointment for you after we feel that you are sure about your decision to get Sisterlocks™.

Consultations for Transfer Clients & Troubleshooting

Any services for transfer clients should have a consultation before scheduling a 1st time appointments as you may qualify for the special base pricing the Lifer’s Club Members enjoy. Because of the high standards at Locks4Life, we may have to spend more time than would usually be needed to re-tighten your hair the first couple of times. This is also true when you have special concerns regarding your locks. Special concerns can include locks that are too big, too small, bunching and slippage.

Scheduling Appointments

Appointments include locking sessions, follow-up, re-tightening and grooming (only done if we think it is necessary).

Cancellation/Rescheduling of Appointments

Any previously rescheduled or canceled appointments will be charged $25 if canceled within 36 hours (3 days). Canceled & rescheduled appointments are not eligible for referral bonuses until after the next completed retightening appointment or locking session is completed.

Child Care and Locking Sessions

Locks4Life is committed to providing a serene and professional environment for our clients. We therefore ask that you make arrangements for childcare for the day of your locking session. We are unable to accommodate any children in the salon that are not receiving a service. Your services will have to be rescheduled if you don’t have a child care plan.
